We are based out of sunny old Perth, Western Australia!
Our cups are made of high-quality, fully recyclable food-grade aluminium.
Whilst our cups are dishwasher safe we urge you to be careful! If you put them through the dishwasher, use the top shelf only to minimise colour fading. We recommend hand washing with warm soapy water, and drying fully before stacking.
All orders will be delivered by Australia Post, other small local couriers, or personally by the CupKings Team. Our current estimated shipping times are 2 to 8 business days.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Once received and inspected, we'll email you about the approval of your refund, which is credited to your original payment method.
